Vasil Kisil & Partners Advises Lekhim on Distribution of COVID-19 Vaccine
Vasil Kisil & Partners has advised Ukrainian pharmaceutical company Lekhim on the structuring of the distribution of the Covid-19 Sinovac vaccine in Ukraine.
According to VKP, “the Lekhim group reached an agreement with Sinovac Biotech Ltd. on the distribution and production in Ukraine of the vaccine against SARS-CoV-2, and on acting as the exclusive supplier of the manufacturer in Ukraine.”
