Dentons has helped Competera, a Ukrainian pricing platform for eCommerce and omni-channel retailers, establish its headquarters in the United States.

Founded in Kyiv in 2014, Competera has established offices in the US, UK, and Singapore, and serves customers in 28 countries. According to Dentons, "the company helps category managers in retail to make merchant decisions, assist with category and pricing strategy, and revenue using an analytics and management platform built on algorithms, math, and retail expertise."
