Schoenherr has advised Enterprise Investors on the acquisition of a 100% stake in Centrum Medyczne Internus. DLA Piper reportedly advised the sellers.
Centrum Medyczne Internus is a medical clinic based in Pulawy, Poland. It provides both primary care and specialized outpatient services.
Enterprise Investors is a private equity firm specializing in succession-driven buyouts and growth financing. According to Schoenherr, the investment was made through Enterprise Investors Fund IX, the firm’s ninth and one of the largest private equity funds in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Schoenherr team included Partners Marcin Czaprowski and Szymon Okon and Attorney at Law Krystyna Jakubowska.
