The Russian office of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner has advised Raven Property Group Limited on a conditional agreement to acquire a completed and fully-let warehouse of 64,375 square meters and 21.5 hectares of adjacent land in Nizhny Novgorod for RUB 2.8 billion from a fund managed by Amstar. The acquisition remains subject to the satisfaction of certain escrow arrangements.

On July 27, 2018, CEE Legal Matters reported that the two firms had advised on another Uralkali financing, this time involving a USD 825 million facility provided by 14 Russian and international banks.We reached out to both firms for more information about this most recent deal.
