Cristiana Fernbach has been promoted to Partner at Stratulat-Albulescu in Romania. Fernbach also becomes Co-Head of the firm's TMT practice, together with Partner Ana Kusak.
Fernbach has more than 14 years of experience and specializes in practice areas that include Technology and Media and Telecoms, including related Competition and Antitrust issues as well as Data Protection and Privacy Law.
Prior to joining Stratulat-Albulescu in May 2017, Fernbach had her own law office, and has worked with the Law Office Petre Balanescu, ASIBAN, and Noerr, both in Berlin and Bucharest.
She holds an LL.B. degree from the Nicolae Titulescu University in Bucharest, a Masters from the Freie Universitat Berlin, and an MBA from the Munich Business School.
