The Bucharest office of CEE Attorneys has advised Xpediator Plc’s on the initial public offering of its shares on the Alternative Investment Market, a sub–market of the London Stock Exchange.
According to CEE Attorneys, "the Xpediator Group – the controlling company of Delamode, Pall-Ex and Affinity brands, a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Moldova), which now employs more than 600 people – was admitted to trading on August 11, 2017 and has raised GBP 5 million as part of the float. The firm will have a market capitalization of GBP 24.2 million. Xpediator [intends] to use the proceeds from the IPO for M&A transactions and to accelerate growth plans, according to Stephen Blyth’s statements (Xpediator CEO)."
