The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
Dentas Romania is a producer of molded fiber packaging and a subsidiary of Dentas Kagit Sanayi.
According to Dentons, the deal will expand Hartmann’s European footprint by boosting production capacity and diversifying its product range in key growth markets.
