Clifford Chance has advised NEPI Rockcastle on its EUR 500 million green bonds issuance. Linklaters' Amsterdam and London offices reportedly advised the dealers, including Deutsche Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International, SMBC, Societe Generale, and UniCredit.
According to Clifford Chance, "the bond issue, oversubscribed more than six times, marks NEPI Rockcastle's return to the Eurobond market after more than two years."
The Clifford Chance team included Partner Madalina Rachieru-Postolache, Senior Associates Gabriel Toma, and Lawyer Martha Busuiocescu in Bucharest as well as further team members in London and Amsterdam.
