Albota Law Firm has advised Nor Real Estate S.R.L. on a EUR 21 million loan agreement and related security package with OTP Bank Romania to support the development and leasing of Phase I (B1/B2) of the @Expo office project.
Nor Real Estate S.R.L. is an Atenor subsidiary located in Romania. Atenor is a Belgian-based urban real estate developer company listed on the Euronext Brussels market.
According to the firm, "with 48,688 square meters of lettable space, @Expo sets a new standard for sustainable and modern office environments, with a BREEAM 'Outstanding' certification and an A-rated energy performance certificate."
