CMS has advised Alcedo on its acquisition of Naturevo Romania.
Alcedo and Naturevo Romania are distributors of agricultural resources and materials in Romania.
The CMS team included Managing Partner Horea Popescu, Counsels Claudia Nagy, Mircea Moraru, and Raluca Ionescu, Associates Simona Strava and Cristina Ciomos, and Lawyer Eduard-Marian Roventa.
