PGC Partners Advises Premier Group on Tudor Arghezi House and Premier Business Center Project
PGC Partners has advised the Premier Group on the building acquisition and, following its restoration, the launch of the Tudor Arghezi House and Premier Business Center, a boutique hotel and office building in Bucharest.
According to the firm, the property is located in the center of Bucharest, has a total area of 1,800 square meters, and is where famous Romanian writer Tudor Arghezi lived between 1912 and 1930.
The PGC Partners team was led by Managing Partner Paul-George Cata.
