Kinstellar has advised SFC Solutions Automotive Romania on the sale-and-leaseback transaction for a 20,000-square-meter industrial facility with logistics property developer WDP Romania.
According to Kinstellar, the target facility is situated in Arges county, in an "established automotive production cluster centered around Dacia Renault’s production facilities." The facility has a gross lettable area of circa 20,000 square meters and will be rented by the seller under a long-term lease.
SFC Solutions Automotive Romania is an automotive-parts producer.
WDP Romania is the local subsidiary of Warehouses De Pauw, a Belgian company offering customized services of development, letting, and management of logistical and industrial properties, with a portfolio of 1.8 million square meters of warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial spaces in Europe.
The Kinstellar team included Managing Partner Victor Constantinescu, Partner Iustinian Captariu, Special Counsel Magdalena Raducanu, Managing Associate Catalin Graure, Senior Associate Adelina Seserman, and Associate Rena Saftencu.
Kinstellar was unable to disclose further information on the deal.
