Dentons has advised London-based venture capital fund Dawn Capital on leading the USD 35 million Series A round for Flowx.AI joined by Day One Capital, PortfoLion, and SeedBlink.
According to the firm, "founded by three Romanian second-time founders, Flowx.AI is a no code/full code development platform for mission-critical digital products in various sectors, such as banking, insurance, power, and utilities."
"Headquartered in the US, and with subsidiaries across Europe, Flowx.AI has raised a USD 35 million Series A to accelerate growing demand for its technology. This is the largest Series A in the history of the Romanian start-up ecosystem," Dentons reported.
The Dentons team was led by New York-based Partner Chris Errico, London-based Partner Joseph Altendorff, and Bucharest-based Partner Cristina Daianu and included Bucharest-based Partner Raul Mihu, Counsels Cristina Marcu and Argentina Rafail, and Associates Nadia Al Battah and Iulia Titirisca, with further support from the firm's other offices.
The firm could not provide further information on the deal.
