Vlasceanu & Partners has advised Econergy on the EUR 150 million financing from Phoenix Insurance for the development of its PV project pipeline in Romania and Poland and on the EUR 250 million financing from RGreen Invest for renewable energy investments across Europe.

Econergy is a Tel Aviv Stock Exchange-listed solar photovoltaic, wind, and storage project developer, and an independent power producer operating in the UK, Italy, Spain, Romania, Poland, and Greece.

Phoenix Insurance is an insurance company in Israel. RGreen Invest is a French investment management company. 

The Vlasceanu & Partners team included Partner Loredana Vlasceanu, Senior Associate Mihaela Farin, and Junior Associate Vlad Velcea.
