Oana Olteanu has been appointed a Partner with Biris Goran as of November 1, 2022.
Specializing in litigation and insolvency matters, Olteanu first joined Biris Goran in 2008. She graduated from the Romanian American University and the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, in 2007, and obtained a Master’s degree from the University of Orleans and the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, in 2009.
