Biris Goran has helped River Development sell The Light One office building in Bucharet to UNIQA Real Estate GmbH. Schoenherr advised UNIQA on the deal.
The Light One — which forms part of Bucharest's The Light development — is a Class A office building offering a total area of 32,500 square meters and a total leasable area of 21,653 square meters.
The Biris Goran team was led by Managing Partner Gabriel Biriș and included Partners Ruxandra Jianu, Teodora Moțatu, and Daniela Lazea.
