Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii has advised Incom-Vranco on a merger-by-absorption with Euro Conf Industrial.
According to PNSA, “the two factories produce clothing items in Focsani for the Italian fashion group Incom, but also for other brands such as Max Mara, Valentino, Prada, etc. The consolidated company integrates approximately 1,400 shareholders and 615 employees.”
The PNSA team was led by Partner Irina Ivanciu and included Tax Partner Raluca Rusu, Senior Manager Andrada Ples, Counsel Mihaela Pohaci, Consultatnt Andrea Codrea, and Associate Ioana Avram.
