The Bucharest office of DLA Piper has advised Romanian mobile gaming studio Green Horse Games on an unspecified investment into the company from mobile game developer Miniclip.
According to DLA Piper, ”Green Horse Games, committed to connecting people all around the world through great gaming experiences, is a local gaming studio active on the market for the last eight years and the developer of the highly acclaimed Football Rivals. Capitalizing on the outstanding global reach of sports, Green Horse Games entices sports fans with a range of social and gamified worlds.”
DLA Piper’s team included Managing Partner Marian Dinu, Counsels Ana Maria Andronic and Cristina Bucur, and Associates Ciprian Frandes and Sandra Cahu.
DLA Piper did not reply to our inquiry on the matter.
