Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii has advised Engie Romania on the acquisition of a 9.3 MW photovoltaic park from developer Alpin Solar and Ever Solar SA, a subsidiary of German photovoltaic park developer Soventixr. The sellers were advised by Jinga & Asociatii.
The photovoltaic farms, located in the village of Cristuru Secuiesc in Romania's Harghita county, were put into operation in 2015, and have so far produced about 55 GWh, which Tuca Zbarcea & Asociatii reports is the equivalent of annual electricity consumption of about 34,000 households.
