Biris Goran has advised Tubinox SA on the sale of a plot of land in Bucharest and related buildings to an unidentified buyer.

Tubinox SA is described by Biris Goran as a manufacturer of pipes and seamless pipes (carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and refractory steel), [and is a] part of the Viraj Group (India).”

According to Biris Goran, “the land of approximately 100,000 square meters is located ... on the platform of the former Republica factory and is intended for the development of a residential complex.”

Biris Goran’s team was led by Founding Partner Gabriel Biris.
