Pavel, Margarit & Associates has advised perpetoo.com, the first peer to peer car-sharing platform in Romania, on its commencement of business activities.
Perpetoo.com is an online platform that brings together individuals and legal entities wanting to offer cars for rent and individuals who want to use the cars. Cars can be rented for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 30 days.
