Biris Goran has advised Global Vision on its agreement with Globalworth to develop a EUR 35.5 million logistic project in the southeastern Romanian town of Chitila. Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen advised Globalworth on the deal.
The project will be launched under the Global Logistics brand. Global Logistics Chitila will be built on a land plot of over 136,000 square meters.
According to a Globalworth press release, “the location benefits from excellent accessibility, being positioned next to the Bucharest ring road, which connects the project to the A1 and N7 roads and the city’s central districts.”
The total leasable area of Global Logistics Chitila will be about 77,000 square meters. The development of the project will be completed in several stages, with the first 20,000 square meters of logistics space scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2020.
Founded in 2004, Global Vision develops, designs, builds, and manages strategic real estate projects for private and institutional investors in Romania and the CEE. The company also owns a portfolio of properties consisting of office buildings, residential and industrial projects.
Globalworth is a London-based real estate company listed on the London Stock Exchange. The company operates in Romania and Poland.
