JDP Drapala & Partners has advised Nextbike Polska on the lease of nearly 10,000 square meters of space in Prologis Park Warsaw II.
According to JDP Drapala & Partners, Nextbike Polska is Poland’s largest operator of urban bicycle networks. The leased premises will serve as a multifunctional facility, including a high-bay warehouse, bicycle assembly plant, and component and marking printing center.
In 2024, JDP advised Nextbike on share agreement of LARQ and Tier Mobility (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 2, 2024).
