Gessel has advised DataWalk on the issuance of 750,000 series S ordinary bearer shares, raising a total of PLN 58.3 million.
DataWalk is a provider of enterprise-class analytics software.
According to Gessel, executed within the company’s authorized capital, the offering was structured as a non-prospectus public offering, targeting qualified and selected retail investors.
The Gessel team included Partner Krzysztof Marczuk, Managing Associate Jakub Rowicki, and Associate Antonina Stepniewska.
