Linklaters has advised Nrep on the acquisition of the Lett Markowska residential estate located on Markowska Street in Warsaw. Kaplanowski Krstulovic reportedly advised Markowska Holding Wawel Development on the sell side.

According to Linklaters, "Lett Markowska offers 116 studios and two-bedroom apartments. Soon, an additional 63 units will be available, ultimately providing tenants with 179 apartments, including 83 two-bedroom and 96 studios, located in three buildings. All units are fully furnished and equipped. Additionally, residents have access to an underground garage, storage units, a playground, and a coworking space."
In 2023, Linklaters advised NREP on the acquisition of a majority stake in 7R (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 16, 2023) as well as on a PLN 229 million loan from the EBRD to finance two residential rental projects in Warsaw (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on May 31, 2023). Earlier still, in 2021, Linklaters advised NREP on its acquisition of more than 1,000 housing units in Warsaw from YIT (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 12, 2021).
