Dentons has advised PBB Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thueringen on a EUR 155 million refinancing of European Logistics Investment's portfolio of 11 logistics parks in nine locations across Poland, with a total gross leasable area of over 335,000 square meters. The Dentons team included Co-Managing Partner Bartlomiej Kordeczka, Partner Bartosz Nojek, Managing Counsel Martyna Racz-Suchocka, Counsel Jakub Zienkiewicz, Senior Associate Agata Koczorowska, and Associates Kamil Bator, Alicja Grabowska, and Martyna Kaminska.
