B2RLaw has advised Bentley Systems and its Cohesive Group digital integrator business on the acquisition of Vetasi.

The company’s software serves the building, plant, civil, and geospatial markets in the areas of architecture, engineering, construction, and operations. Cohesive was founded by Bentley in 2020 as a digital engineering systems integrator.
Vetasi is an international consultancy specializing in enterprise asset management solutions.
