KWKR Konieczny Wierzbicki and Partners has advised Ailleron on its agreement with ING Bank Slaski and the National Cloud Operator to implement a LiveBank Cloud solution for the bank's online customer communications.
"The subject of the agreement is a joint project to implement an innovative LiveBank Cloud solution based on cloud technology in a software as a service model," KWKR informed. "Thanks to the LiveBank Cloud solution, ING customers can take remote advice from a bank specialist or purchase individual bank products, including a mortgage, without being physically present at a bank branch."
Ailleron is a Krakow-headquartered software company providing technology services and IT. Ailleron focuses on software development services for banks, leasing companies, financial technologies, and other entities from the financial industry.
"With the LiveBank Cloud, the Bank’s employees will be able to manage customers’ affairs more easily and conveniently communicate with them using chat or video," the firm reported. "The LiveBank Cloud solution will enable remote customer service and the acquisition of new customers using such enhancements as digital document exchange, screen sharing, and shared document filing. All this while ensuring the highest security standards."
According to KWKR, "the National Cloud Operator is also a party to the agreement and part of the project. It is responsible for providing the cloud platform and compliance of cloud services with legal and regulatory requirements."
KWKR previously advised Ailleron on its sale of a majority stake in software company Software Mind to Enterprise Investors (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 11, 2020).
The KWKR team included Managing Partner Michal Konieczny, Equity Partner Lukasz Wieczorek, and Associate Gabriela Kocurek.
