Gessel has advised DataWalk on a public offering of series P shares.
According to Gessel, "the value of the transaction was over PLN 38 million. It is one of the largest public offerings carried out on the Polish market in 2022."
DataWalk is a Polish IT company, creating products in the area of security. The company is listed on the Warsaw stock exchange.
Gessel previously advised DataWalk on the public offering of its new issue of shares in 2020 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 27, 2020).
