JDP Drapala & Partners has advised the Dutch SanoRice Group on its investment in a new production plant in Nowa Sol, Poland.
According to JDP, “SanoRice is a Dutch family-owned business deemed to be the world’s largest private label producer of rice, corn, and multi-grain cakes,” with production facilities in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy and products present in more than 40 countries. “The production plant in Nowa Sol will be delivered by Depenbrock Polska, one of the leading industrial general contractors in Poland.”
JDP’s team was led by Partner Maciej Chrzan and included Counsel Piotr Duma and Associates Agata Ruszel and Daria Gromotka.
JDP could not disclose further information on the deal.
