Kochanski & Partners has advised the shareholders of Hemp Juice on the sale of their company to Hemply Balance Holding.
According to Kochanski & Partners, Hemply Balance is a Swedish manufacturer of high-quality hemp products for intimate and personal care, hemp oil, and hemp capsules, selling its products in Scandinavia. Hemp Juice is a Polish e-commerce company with a range of CBD products including supplements, cosmetics, and pet products.
According to the firm, “Hemply Balance aims to consolidate its position as a leading player in the CBD market in Sweden and to become a significant player in Europe, which could be facilitated by the acquisition of Hemp Juice.”
Kochanski & Partners’ team included Partner Szymon Balcerzak and Assoociate Sebastian Wozniak.
Kochanski & Partners was unable to disclose further information on the deal.
