Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Swiss fund manager Susi Partners on the establishment of a renewable energy platform in Poland, in collaboration with local energy service provider Luneos. Glowacki i Wspolnicy reportedly advised Luneos on the deal.
Founded in 2009, Susi Partners is a Swiss-based fund manager specialized in sustainable energy infrastructure investments with EUR 1.6 billion in capital commitments from institutional investors.
Susi and Luneos have been working together in Poland since 2018.
According to NRF, the “Luneos Green Energy platform will build a diversified portfolio of wind and solar assets to transform Poland's coal-dominated electricity market and serve the country's growing demand for electricity with clean energy.”
