Clifford Chance has advised a consortium of banks consisting of Santander Bank Polska and ING Bank Slaski on the financing of the takeover of Luxembourg-seated Moventum by ProService Finteco. Rymarz Zdort advised ProService Finteco on the deal.

According to Clifford Chance, Proservice Finteco is a "Polish provider of IT solutions and services to financial institutions, jointly owned by Oaktree and Cornerstone. Their takeover of Moventum marks the beginning of ProService's expansion to foreign markets.”

The Warsaw Clifford Chance team included Partner Andrzej Stosio, Counsels Irena Floras-Goode and Nick Fletcher, Senior Associate Aleksandra Rudzinska, and Associates Natalia Karasiewicz, Aleksandra Bialyszewska, Wojciech Wator, and Mateusz Ciechomski.
