The Jacek Kosinski law firm has advised Worm on its sale of several photovoltaic farms of 1 MW each in Poland to the Modus Group, operating under the Green Genius brand. KKLW reportedly advised the Modus Group on the deal.

The sale was finalized on March 23, 2021, and financial details were not disclosed.

Jacek Kosinski describes Worm as "the contractor of the largest photovoltaic farms in Poland and Europe," and reports that the company "plans to develop projects with a capacity of over 300 MW by the end of 2021." According to the firm, Green Genius "has been developing and implementing solar and biogas projects across Europe, which annually produce more than 300 GWh of green energy. The total capacity of its photovoltaic farm projects in Poland alone is nearly 300 MW, and the portfolio of currently developed projects in Europe exceeds 1 GW."

The Jacek Kosinski team working on the deal was led by Managing Partner Jacek Kosinski.
