White & Case has advised PKN Orlen on the issuance of 10,000 series D bearer bonds in the amount of PLN 1 billion under the company’s existing bonds program.
According to White & Case, "the ESG-linked bonds were offered to qualified investors in a non-prospectus public offering and can be introduced to trading on the alternative trading system organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange."
White & Case's team included Partner Grzegorz Abram and Associates Pawel Zagorski, Roksana Kaluzna-Balazy and Aleksandra Cyniak.
