SPCG has advised Immobiliaria Camins SAU on the sale of Immobiliaria Camins Polska to NOHO Investment. Gut & Partners reportedly advised the buyer on the deal.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

According to SPCG, Immobiliaria Camins Polska holds perpetual usufruct on a property at 10 Dolnych Mlynow Street in Krakow, Poland.
