Grzegorz Abram Moves from Clifford Chance to White & Case in Warsaw

Former Clifford Chance Counsel Grzegorz Abram has joined White & Case’s Global Debt Finance Practice in Warsaw.

According to White & Case, Abram, who joins as a partner, "advises clients on various types of international and domestic loan facilities agreements including project finance, acquisition finance, margin lending, and complex structured financings." According to the firm, "his practice also covers restructuring proceedings and bond issues, including a number of Eurobond programs for both issuers and arrangers.”

Abram has a Master’s degree in law from the University of Warsaw. Prior to joining White & Case, he spent almost 17 years with Clifford Chance. 

“Grzegorz has a wealth of experience advising on a wide range of international and domestic banking, finance, restructuring, and debt capital market transactions,” said Partner Colin Harley, Regional Section Head, EMEA Banking at White & Case. “He’s a technically excellent lawyer who is held in high regard by his clients, and has a strong relationship with banks and other entities that are an exciting fit with our existing global practice.”
