Former Dentons Partner Cristina Daianu has joined BPV Grigorescu Stefanica as a Partner in its corporate and mergers & acquisitions practice group.
Daianu has been with Dentons since 2009, joining the firm from Schindhelm, where she acted as the Managing Partner between 2006 and 2009. Earlier, she was a Senior Associate with legacy firm Salans between 2005 and 2006, a Foreign Associate in Frankfurt Am Main with Clifford Chance between 2000 and 2004, and a Junior Tax Consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co between 1997 and 1998.
