A three-person Products & Health team led by Agnieszka Majka has moved from Hogan Lovells to NGL Legal in Warsaw.
According to NGL Legal, the team, which -- in addition to Majka, who joins as a partner -- includes Senior Associate Celina Bujalska and Associate Anna Wiktorow-Bojska -- will support clients from the life sciences, pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, including manufacturers, distributors and importers of medicinal products, medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics and food, as well as companies involved in clinical trials, and providers of products and services for the medical sector, including companies operating in the telemedicine and e-health industry."
NGL Legal describes Majka, who joins the firm as a partner, as a "skillful litigator and regulatory attorney with over 12 years of experience." According to the firm, "for the last six years, she has been advising clients from life sciences, pharmaceutical and healthcare sector on all aspects of product law and regulatory advice," and "she is a valued practitioner in the area of product liability disputes and an advisor to health sector companies." In addition, the firm reports, "she has repeatedly worked on internal investigations and compliance consulting for clients from this sector."
