Sorainen has advised UAB Sostines Bokstai on the launch of the sixth tranche of its bond issue.
UAB Sostines Bokstai is the developer of the Hero business center in Vilnius. According to Sorainen, the latest issuance aims to secure additional capital for the completion and further development of the business center. To date, the developer has raised over EUR 40 million through five previous tranches.
The Sorainen team included Partner Augustas Klezys, Counsel Lina Aleknaite - van der Molen, and Associate Andrius Pilitauskas.
Sorainen did not respond to our inquiry on the matter.
