Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen has advised CTP on its acquisition of a Romanian logistics portfolio fully owned by Globalworth. Kinstellar advised the seller.

According to NNDKP, the target portfolio includes 270,000 square meters of gross leasable area and a 30-hectare landbank, with six industrial parks and other complementary facilities in six key locations in Romania, including Bucharest, Arad, Pitesti, Oradea, and Timisoara.

CTP is a European developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties.

Globalworth describes itself as a real estate company in Central and Eastern Europe with a focus on Poland and Romania, CEE's two largest property markets.

The NNDKP team included Partners Lavinia Ionita-Rasmussen, Ioana Niculeasa, and Vlad Tanase, Senior Associate Flavia Petcu, and Associates Iulian Ursache, Bianca Isache, and Mara Pieleanu.
