Wolf Theiss has advised DTEK Renewables International on the staggered share deal acquisition of a 49.38-megawatt photovoltaic power plant from Finas Invest.

The target project is located in Glodeni, Mures county, in Romania.

DTEK Renewables International is an investor and renewable energy operator in Romania and the EU.

Finas Invest is a Romanian company based in Cluj-Napoca operating in the renewable energy market.
