Filip & Company and Clifford Chance Advise on Engie Romania's EUR 90 Million Green Energy Financing from EBRD

Filip & Company has advised Engie Romania on a EUR 90 million loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to support the development of new green energy projects with a combined estimated capacity of at least 250 megawatts by 2028. Clifford Chance advised the EBRD.

According to Filip & Company, the loan aims to increase Engie Romania’s production capacity from renewable sources, contributing to the energy transition objectives of both the Engie Group and Romania.
