RTPR has advised Sarmis Capital on its acquisition of AEK Security, AEK Firefighters, and Deziclean. Filip & Company reportedly advised the AEK-Deziclean Group.
Sarmis Capital is an independent private equity fund established in 2019, focusing on investments in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2023, RTPR advised Sarmis Capital on its acquisition of a majority stake in BMF Grup (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 30, 2023).
The AEK-Deziclean Group, founded in 2011 in Bucharest offers various facility management services.
