Raidla Ellex has advised the management of Infotark on the funding for its acquisition of shares in the company and the acquisition itself, which gave them a majority stake.
The Raidla Ellex team was led by Partner Risto Vahimets and Counsel Tonis Vahesaar. The firm did not reply to our inquiry about the identity of the sellers, or their counsel.
