MJH and DLA Piper Advise on Shoper's IPO

MJH has advised Shoper S.A. and its selling shareholders on the company’s IPO. DLA Piper advised the financial institutions involved – Biuro Maklerskie PKO BP, mBank, and WOOD & Co.

The IPO, which amounted to over PLN 363 million, was on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. According to MJH, it “attracted great interest – the reduction in the individual investors' tranche was on the level of 92.5%. The trading on the WSE started on July 9, 2021.” According to the firm, the offering comprised approximately 27.1% of the existing shares of Shoper S.A., including approximately 2.5% under a stabilization option.

The selling shareholders included the private equity fund V4C Poland Plus Fund S.C.A. Sicav Fiar., Modhaus sp. z o.o., KFF S.a r.l., Krzysztof Krawczyk, and Rafal Krawczyk.

Shoper is the owner of an e-commerce platform for running an online shop based on the software-as-a-service model.
