Suciu Partners has advised on the merger of PPC's distribution companies Banat, Dobrogea, and Muntenia and supply companies PPC Energie and PPC Energie Muntenia. Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii reportedly advised on the merger as well.
PPC is an electricity generator and supplier.
