PeliPartners has advised Alfa Group on its acquisition of the IRIDE Business Park project in Bucharest from CPI Group.
According to PeliPartners, "the transaction is not only limited to the acquisition of office space but also includes related logistics facilities essential to optimize the company's future operations."
