Biris Goran and Kinstellar have advised Global Vision and Globalworth, respectively, on the sale of a logistics portfolio to WDP. PeliPartners advised WDP.

According to Biris Goran, "the seller is a joint venture owned by Global Vision and Globalworth.”

Founded in 2004, Global Vision develops, designs, builds, and manages strategic real estate projects for private and institutional investors in Romania and the CEE.

Globalworth is a London-based real estate company listed on the London Stock Exchange and operating mainly in Romania and Poland.

WDP is a Romanian developer. According to PeliPartners, WDP acquired a portfolio comprising over "135,000 square meters of logistics space and a 300,000 square meter land with potential for development; the total value of the investment is estimated at approximately EUR 110 million."
