PwC Legal Advises Benefit Systems on Investment in Lunching.pl

PwC Legal has advised Benefit Systems on its acquisition of 75% of the shares and agreement on the optional acquisition of 25% of shares in Lunching.pl. MMP Adwokaci reportedly advised the unidentified sellers on the deal.

According to PwC Legal, "Benefit Systems is one of the leaders in providing non-wage benefits that support employee well-being. The company is the provider of the employee benefit MultiSport program. Benefit Systems has been operating on the Polish market since 2001."

Lunching.pl is a Cracow-based start-up, provider of meals to workplaces as an employee benefit.
